About YEI

A New Standard for Entrepreneurship Education

The Young Entrepreneurs Initiative is a flagship program of the Community Access Foundation, built on the belief that students learn entrepreneurship best by doing it — not just studying it.

About the Foundation

Community Access Foundation

The Community Access Foundation (CAF) is dedicated to expanding access to meaningful educational and economic opportunities for young people. The Young Entrepreneurs Initiative is CAF's flagship program — designed to bring entrepreneurship education to life through real-world experience, school partnerships, and community engagement.

Vision

Inspiring the Next Generation

To inspire and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs through real-world entrepreneurial experiences that develop self-reliance, leadership, creativity, innovation, confidence, and practical business skills — preparing students for future academic, professional, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Mission

Partnering to Build Entrepreneurs

To partner with schools, colleges, educators, businesses, mentors, and communities to establish Young Entrepreneurs Clubs where students learn entrepreneurship by creating, building, testing, and launching real-world entrepreneurial projects through hands-on learning.

Our Belief

"Entrepreneurs are not created by lectures alone — they are developed through action, experience, and the courage to build something real."

— The Young Entrepreneurs Initiative

The YEI Framework

How the Initiative Is Structured

YEI is built around a cohesive framework that connects school-based clubs, hands-on project challenges, competitive championships, an annual summit, and a recognition system — all working together to give students a complete entrepreneurial education.

01

School Partnerships

CAF partners with schools and educational institutions to establish Young Entrepreneurs Clubs on campus, integrating entrepreneurship into the school experience.

02

Hands-On Learning

Students learn by doing — creating, building, testing, and launching real entrepreneurial projects rather than studying business concepts in the abstract.

03

Community & Mentorship

Businesses, mentors, and community organizations play an active role — providing guidance, real-world perspective, and inspiration to student entrepreneurs.

04

Recognition & Achievement

Students earn certificates, awards, and recognition that build a portfolio of accomplishments supporting future academic, scholarship, and career opportunities.

How YEI Works

From Idea to Achievement

01

Schools Establish a Club

CAF partners with schools to launch a Young Entrepreneurs Club on campus. Educators receive support, resources, and the YEI framework to guide students through the program.

02

Students Create & Build

Club members form teams, develop entrepreneurial project ideas, and work through the Entrepreneurship Project Challenge — building, testing, and refining real projects.

03

Compete & Celebrate

Students showcase their work at the Young Entrepreneurs Championship and the annual Summit, earning recognition and certificates for their achievements.
